I can't login

When I go to try to log in, I enter my pword and screename, sometimes it just goes back to either the login screen, or it goes to pet central but I'm still not logged in! What is going on? Is this part of the glitches today or is there something really wrong?!

someone probably change your privacy level, so your computer is blocking the login. what kind internet are you using?

Probably don't have cookies on. That happens to me all the time.

Make sure your computer clock is right.

If its off, thats causing the problem. It happened to me before.

I assume that this is happening with IE. See if it happens in firefox or netscape (both can be downloaded for free). If it only happens in IE, then somehow or another you have blocked neopets cookies or your privacy level has been changed to high (meaning that the computer will not let any cookies load on your computer). If either of these seem to be the problem, you can go to tools and then internet options at the top of the screen to fix it.

If it still happens while using firefox or netscape, then it might be your computer clock.

It happened to me once on Netscape, I cleared my cookies and it's let me surf with no problem.

I cleared all my cookies and did every thing you guys said last night and I still couldn't log in. LUCKILY, I can log in now.

Some versions of Opera do that to me. I haven't found the setting to fix it either.

I've been having some random logging out lately. I'll be going along fine, and then suddenly I get the "you must be logged in to access blah blah" screen. It seems to be happening in the games room a lot, so I'm not sure what cookies have to do with it. It's possible that if it isn't your computer, then it's just one of those random glitches. I'd try changing your password to make sure that it isn't someone who somehow figured it out and is logging you off by them logging on from another location.

I'm glad you posted about it. Since Sunday I've been logged out (except for today, which is fine so far). I checked my computer settings, but they hadn't changed. Maybe it is time for a pw change.

I had the same problem, of logging in and it wouldn't log me on. And then I remembered that because of something that happened I had raised my privacy setting. It's annoying that you can't log on because of it.
