It's just a AIM Avatar, that's all it is. If it is a Neoboard Avatar...*coughlazycough* wow sorry about that. If it is a Neoboard Avatar, I think they'll realize by response on this thread it needs a sprucing.

Aw, I looove the mutant blobagus's tiny eyes and hairs. It just didn't need that big black patch, and they should've given it a different mouth (maybe a long tongue hanging out). I always want more weird/diseased type mutants, I don't like the ones that are just angry and fierce.

There are some buddy icons floating around with avvie urls, whether by accident or not I don't know - maybe this is just one of them?
Then again, maybe it's just a work in progress...like the rubbery skunk shoyru which has now been fixed, or the mutant blobagus that disappeared =)

you mean "lutari"? lol The cybunny was weird when I first saw it... colours are not exactly the choice I would've chosen but o well... It goes SO well with a Huggy it's amazing....
