Weapons Advice / Reccomendations!!!

If anyone could help me, I'd really appreciate it! The only battles I've really done with my usul have been the low end 1P and war battles. Here are her stats at the moment (they're not great, mostly because I haven't gotten into battling!)

Health : 20 / 15
Strength : GREAT (36)
Defence : GREAT (32)
Move : GREAT (30)
Intelligence : ULTIMATE GENIUS (102)

My budget is anywhere from 100-250k. I'd like a solid set that would be good against a wide range of opponents, and preferably with infinite-use items. (I hate stocking up on weaponry, lol).

Again, I'd be really greatful if someone could help me out. I've been on Neopets for almost 4 years now, but have always been just a restocker/gamer.

The never ending question - to train or buy weapons, as both can get expensive.

In your case, I would definitely train more. 15hp will not get you far. I don't know what level your usul is, but train as much in hp as you can. Also train to at least 55 boost in strength and defense. That'll help whatever weapons you get do a little bit more.

As to weapons, well, I like the good old 6 iconers as a starter set. For the most part, they're not really expensive (unless there's a war) and they are multi-use. I don't like snowballs and muffins, etc. - I just don't like one use items.

So, lost desert dagger (I did well using 2 of these), snowball club (fragile, can break - but just for the battle - that's your freezer), snowball slingshot (a bit expensive but worth it), scarab ring - does attack and some defense (again, training helps!), illusens earth potion as your "bomb" - one use per battle, leaf shield, scarab slingshot, immense rubber axe of doom, slime potion (your healer - heals 10 hp) or lesser healing scroll or greater healing scroll of you're training actively (will heal 50) - but the healing scrolls can break permanently, fyi. So far, mine has not broken. Or green scorchstone as your healer. Problem to me with scorchstones is if you're training, you can quickly outgrow them and they do get expensive. Purple or green sticky hand - purple's fine unless they downgrade it (was an advent prize), if they do, save and get green.

Cannot use sticky hand in war, but they can be very useful in one player battles - like the black pteri, it's invaluable.

I'm guessing you know you can have one healer, one freezer equipped, and a total of 8 items equipped to your pet.

Abilities - burrow, sink, drain life, regeneration are all good. fiery gaze and diamond dust can also help when used with your freezer, but they've changed those 2 abilities to use 39% of your power no matter what level you use them on (weak, medium, high), so I don't really know how much good they are anymore.

This is all I know from my limited battling and asking ALOT of questions.

I was recently hacked, so my starting list is nothing.

I am looking to spend about 2mil on my new battle set. I am used to having a hypno helm, 2xkacheeck pebble lobbers, kacheek life potion, battle ummagine, and honey potion. So if you could aim at something with #1 healing, #2 good bombs, and #3 likely freezing (in that order of preference) it would be nice, since that is what I am used to. Going a bit over that price is ok. I will probably have to wait until after the war to buy stuff, to try and fight the inflation a little. Any advice is appreciated, Thanks.

Weapon Combos:
Recently i've spent my savings on a SoS.
My main attack weapons at this point are Honey Potion and SoS, and I need to upgrade one of those six iconers to something better.
I think Sword Of The Air Faerie + Sword Of Skardsen is a beautiful combo, but i'd like to get someone else's opinion.
I'm also looking at combining it with a PK or Ultra Bubble Gun.
All suggestions are welcome.

I have a weapon question. About a few months ago, I bought a sinsis helm (I cant remember about for how much, must have been under 10k, because I didnt feel like buying the gauntlet which I belive was like 25k) for my gallery. Now selling the things in my gallery, I find out they have gone up in price, around 60k. Is the inflation on this item been caused by the war or its rarity? Because if its for its rarity, it will either keep that price, or rise. But if its the war, it will deflate soon after the war. So, should I sell?

Err...there's jade scorchstone that's full heal, but it's about 28 million according to IDB
there's also ice scorchstone for full heal...but well, that only has 24% chance of healing
hmm...there's also a 80 hp heal for about 4 million...(by the way, these are all once per battle)
Or you could use the greater healing scroll for a 50 hp heal...it's pretty cheap

mostly, the scorchstones would help but they're a bit pricey...and probably are inflated as of the war...

You could easily switch out snowglobe staff for Scroll of Freezing

Spider on a String for Lightning Scroll or Scroll of Flame Strike (if you want to stick at 6 iconers)
possibly switch out the spider on a string (instead of the 6 icon weapons I suggested) for wand of the moon at 700K

err...switch out one purple blob potion for a honey potion or illusen's earth potion if you don't want to spend that much
the other purple blob potion for a mud mixture...it seems you'd only use those when you froze them, so honey potion and mud mixture would help more...as if your opponent is frozen, there would be no need to have good icon variety

leaf shield's fine I think...unless you want to switch to Virtupets X-514 Super Shield (to block 5 different icons)

Heal ability is the only useful one I believe...the others can be done without...
So, 1st earth faerie - magic pebbles (which you have), 2nd - tough skin (not useful), 3rd - Magic Berries (this generates 1 magic berry as you are under lvl 20, but if you're over-2) [magic berries heal 9 hp each], 4th-Burrow (when used on strong, can defend a massload of icons-once per battle)
Bottled fire faeries can help too...1st bottled faerie-Smoke Screen (which you have), 2nd-Fiery Roar (useless), 3rd-Fiery Gaze (can freeze opponent)

Now for the weapons:

Purple sticky hand is good but stealing isn’t that useful nowadays in battledome except in 2 player, possibly

Fire Snow is an excellent beginner’s weapon though it is sort of weak as it provides defense and offense.

Scarab Ring is great.

Snowglobe Staff could be switched out for Scroll of Freezing, but that’s much pricier; possibly green frost cannon (though this didn’t work that well for me)

Minor Healing Scroll could be switched out for Slime Potion-Heal 10, or Greater Healing Scroll (it was around 5K before the war I think) – heals 50 before damage is done, or Bronze Scorchstone – heals 15 but is very pricey for what it does, or lesser healing scroll – Heals 25

Improved lightning beam could be switched out for Scroll of Dark Nova (3 light, 3 dark icons but pricey), Lightning Scroll (3 light, 3 fire), Scroll of Flamestrike (3 physical, 3 fire)

Shields: Large Metal Shield, Scamander Shield, Leaf Shield

I am looking for any improvements and what I should be shooting for and Aproximatly when I should be getting it....I am not worried about any kind of budget as this will be over the long haul....just try to keep suggestions to things I might actually be able to one time get. Aight now planning for the future can b difficult, bcuz we have no clue what you're capable of. I am on a dialup connection, and I think I can only make 5 mil as my maximum, no matter how hard I try I cant get above 5 mil, sum think its a joke and will make 10 mil in less than a week... I'm just gonna try to help you plan a set with a buget of 5 mil per weapon, bcuz truthfully thats wut i know how to do...

If you can earn a ton of np you should eventually have a set like this one

I was going to buy dual Shaken-Up Can of Neocola for kyra56, but nin688 has them already, kyra's HP and str+def are better, and it costs 2 codestones to tran ethier, I'm saving for two black frost cannons, so I think I should give thye dual cans to kyra, then buy BFKs and then get two new cans, what do you think?
