Well...
I got my drivers liscence. But it's graduated so I have to take another test in two years. I can't drink and drive (Duh. Like me of all people will do that in the first place), and I can't have more people in the vehicle then there are seatbelts (isn't this common knowledge?).

In New Zealand you can have your full liscence by age 17-18. Great eh?

It used to be 16 here. But they chagned the rules; and though i'm glad they did, i'm unhappy with being pinned with having to take another test.
