Well, I can understand why they deduct the "not active" ones- it's only the ones who haven't entered in the activation code. I have two referrals that haven't logged in for so long that they don't even have the "last spotted" field in their userlookup, and another one who hasn't logged in for 109 days.
The frozen issue I'm rather puzzled about, although it doesn't affect me.

Well damn, I have 14 but two aren't activated. I guess Neo expects me to contact them and tell them to activate, but I don't even know who they are, they've clicked a link from my signature on another MB. Oh well. Don't get more than one codestone for reaching 15 anyway. Didn't they say they were revamping the prizes? *sits and waits*

I just begged a couple of my friends and have 10. I'm hoping that the script will update and give me a pb before they switch the rewards system to something that makes sense.

Technically I should only have 3 referrals, but still getting counted as 5 (two people never activated and I have since lost contact with them).
I feel for those folks who referred well over what I did. They really should have thought this thing out a little better, while it seems good they did it, for others who lost out, it's not very fair at all.

Do they actually log IP addresses? I hope not. My little cousins were over and they wanted to create a neopets account so I did it through my referals system, not even thinking it could be considered illegit. Anyone know how this goes?

I dunno about invalid from having the same ISP address, but I KNOW that I refered people (I did the set up myself from THIER computers over the period of a year) and NONE of them are on my list. At least FIVE people. I knew the system was crooked!

If they are really going to revamping the prizes, I think we might need at least a hundred referrals to get a paint brush.

I can't believe I referred two people, one activated and one not. I'm fairly sure I did not adverstise or used my referral link anywhere before.

For some SUPER weird reason i got 1 refered. Weird but cool. It did not even know who it was. The account was not activated either. Lolz weird.
