For those topics one could describe as the forum equivalent of a twinkie. Word games, forum contests and giveaways are all the rage here.

I think I might go out this round.. everyone's subtexts are so good! :P

Yeah, belive me, it was hard to chose two people to eliminate. :(

Watericesage / Delicate Treats *fade* Natural Sweets
Ledi / Sweet as Kisses
Maniac / *fade in* ...and cream *fade out* *fade in* Mmmm! *fade out* ((Repeat))
Twinkle / Mother Nature's Candy
Hellyer / Sweet Summer Fun

Watericesage: This is good. Represents the image, main text, etc. alright. Not really original, though, and rather boring. 7/10

Ledi: I like it. It goes a bit more outside of the box. My only problem with it is that strawberries aren't really sweet. I still like the simile use and comparison, though. 7/10

Maniac: Fading is completely unnecessary here. Each part is short, so it makes the subtext look choppy. Basically, it's borderline. 5/10

Twinkle: Hm. Not one of your best, but it'll do. Nothing much more to say. 6/10

Hellyer: Doesn't go. Strawberries aren't sweet unless you dip them in something, they're not only harvested in summer, and what the heck is fun about a round red fruit? 4/10

Hellyer and Maniac. Sorry if some of this is harsh, I'm in a rather bad mood, but I doubt my vision on the eliminations will change, so I decided to type these out now.

A bit like Watericesage’s but it is ok. Again, I think this fits well with the signature. Well done.

Thank you. :) I must add though that I wrote my subtext before W.I.C. did. :P

Oh, well it is ok. It was a good subtext :)

I'll post my ratings later tonight. I'm not feeling very well.

Well Dawn I pitty you for not hvaing the maturity and self control to deal with your 'bad mood' outside of here. Try find somewhere else to take out your anger, it doesn't belong here and it isn't apreciated.

And also, please have enough common sense to see that this isn't coming from being eliminated this round, it is something I just think you need to know.

Judge's Note:This round actually contained a good amount of well written subtexts. Unlike previous rounds, it seems you all knew what you were talking about. Good job, it was a tough decision (Well, not really.).

---

Watericesage
"Delicate Treats *fade* Natural Sweets"

I like this subtext. I believe this may be the best this round. Good job.

Ledi
"Sweet as Kisses"

Interesting concept. Creative. Good job.

Maniac
"*fade in* ...and cream *fade out* *fade in* Mmmm! *fade out*
((Repeat))"

Is this a recipe of some sort? Or a hint of what you want for dessert? It's a nice subtext but because of all the good subtexts this round, this is borderline.

Twinkle
"Mother Nature's Candy"

Makes sense. As Dawn stated, it reminds me of watericesage's subtext. Creative. One of your best subtexts I think.

Hellyer
"Sweet Summer Fun"

This subtext is under par for the reason that it's slightly confusing. I believe you included 'summer' in the subtext because strawberries grow in the summer and it's fun growing them? This subtext was really weird. I don't like it.

---

I choose to eliminate Maniac and Hellyer.

Anymore bad comments about me need to find their way straight to my PM box, not on a public board. Actually, please do, I enjoy people shouting insults at me because I can either laugh at them because they're so true or laugh at them because they're being shouted to me by a four year old girl dressed in a tomato costume. Has happened before.

Let's not continue this on the thread. Do it through PM.

You know, like strawberries and cream! If you're learning how to make them, they would be on the ingredient list which is like a recipe. Basically it would say:

4 Strawberries.
Cream.

Put strawberries next to cream.

Voíla!

*cough*

I am SO sorry this is so sudden, but I will be gone tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday. So, unless someone would like to help me by just posting up the last round, announcing the winner etc., I'll have to postpone the end of this contest untill Monday, or possibly later. Sorry!

You can send us the last round if you want and someone can post it, but announce the winner when you get back?
