Yes, but I wasn't going to keep the pet anyways. Neopets kept logging me out on my other browser.

I've failed once. I lost my grey lupe. He was my first pet with great stats. Anyways, the girl that adopted him said I was stupid, mean, etc. for putting him into the pound. She said she'd never give a grey pet away and I'd get over it. And I did get over it within 3 days. I keep thinking of it as "Well at least I got the grey avatar and the petpet was only worth 10k."
Hm.. Maybe someday the lab will make one of my pet's grey again.

I failed once with two browsers, when I was logged onto the WRONG ACCOUNT! Luckily the person was kind enough to give him back. 
I missed Adam's Halloween Blumaroo, but I got him back as well.

I have never failed in transfering a pet, thank goodness. Once I transferred a Gold Chomby, and I have done a grey pet and a halloween lupe aswell.

Yeah, I lost a cybunny. I checked on it right before posting this, and the person who snagged her hasn't been on for 44 days. She had a great name too. *sigh* I also lost a tyrannian acara, but the person I was giving it to spelled its name wrong *rolls eyes*.

I've never tried...for the most part, I stick to one account so I have no reason to transfer.

I'm in an adoption guild, and I've lost the pet a couple of times when trying to send them to new owners, but I'm not always unhappy when someone else gets the pet. Most of the times, those who did happen to adopt the pet would've been acceptable to me if they had asked me for it, other times the new owner isn't that polite. o.O As long as the pet's happy and well taken care of, I'm fine with the situation.

I was going to give a friend of mine an old Christmas Meerca that I didn't care for but someone else got it before her. Other than that, I've never tried to transfur pets.

Nah... I've never tried. That's because I've never had an instance where I had to transfer one.

I have once. I was helping my friend transfer her pet. But she didn't have enough neopoints out to get the pet! And when I tried to adopt the pet back it was too late. The person who adopted the pet was under 13 too.
I emailed TNT about it (we were newbies and didn't know it was against the rules) and they did respond basically saying "tough luck." Thankfully they didn't freeze us!
Every other time I've transfer has been by myself and I've only failed once, but the person was nice enough to give her back.
