I would probably side with pirates, after all the bash after last time on war prizes the prizes should be better. The shirts are from Meridell are getting more expensive so I go with Pirates .

I think I will be pickin' th' Pirate side if we be allowed to pick sides in th' next war.

I think it would have been kind of funny if Curse of Maraqua plot had started on September 19 instead being that September 19 is Talk Like A Pirate Day.

In the next part of the plot, Isca goes to a cave, where she's been keeping treasures from the land dwelling people. She then starts singing a song "Part of Your Neopian World."

Its favoritism that's what it is! They didn't have any problem with with Karik as long has he wasn't the main hero eh? Aishas and Usuls get all the spotlight! Grar.

Well....at least none of the Aishas are PINK. -.o
I would like to see a Kiko hero. Just because it would look sort of silly and you could never take him seriously.

Well, the evil pirate from the last plot was a kiko. Maybe he'll make an appearance, and you'll get to root for a floating skull with fins that somehow has managed to amass a powerful battleship and an army of unquestioningly loyal looters.

Or perhaps we'll get to see a heroic tuskaninny saving the day with his...uhm...eating.



I liked it. I sort of get the impression that they've actually got this plot lined up and completely drawn out and ready right now, and they're just letting things come out as they need, rather than the last plot which seemed so...hurried.

You know what we never see? A Peophin involved in a plot. Even the Tuskaninny fans have Timmy the Tuskaninny and his crazy eyeshadow-y powers. O__O;; I hope there's a Peophin in this plot. (Not likely, however.)

Did u all notice about the Hannah plot? Strong people like Featheralley actually went to help the baddies because the goodies were outnumbering them like, 2 to 1 ?

Maybe i will be with the pirates although the Kwark Island thing is really very annoying and sick of pirates.

The comics were great. 4 pages. hell lots. Love it.

I haven't finished reading yet, but so far the graphics are amazing. They did a better job than last time.

Truthfully, who cares what the big pets choose. Pirates will lose cause TNT doesn't want Maraqua to go away right when it came back.

Pirates are naturally cool. Win or lose pirates still rule.

At least there's a cool-looking peophin in the comic. I wish i can make my peophin looks like that.

I'm just guessing here, but Caylis seems the upset/angry/angsty type to side with the pirates. Hey she was exiled because the King and his people thought she was the one causing all the mayhem that Isca was 'seeing'. I'd be angry to be exiled just like that (just my honest opinion, anyway...)

Made me think of The Little Mermaid 1 & 2, somewhat. 1, the scene with Isca and Garin and two, the exile of Caylis (the exile of Ursula which was shown in storyboarding but never in the final film). I can understand the King's fears, but, surely he wouldn't believe that Caylis could cause disasters like that on a massive scale? I feel sorry for the girl...but I could be wrong, I usually am.

I like where it's going, actually...and 5 pages for a beginning intro is remarkably good quality; I'm used to seeing a two - three page spoiler, but 5 is great for TNT. I'm hoping the timeframe and the quality holds up to this, though. I love the detail that TNT have put in the new city, it looks fantastic (I've worked in flash and that level of detail is high, I'm impressed).

I can't wait for more of this! XD

Oh, Ariel.. don't ever let the horrible surface dwellers see you! All Disney aside, I do like this plotline so far. It seems to also have a bit of a war potential.

I'm actually split on which side to choose. I've always chosen "evil" in the past, because good is dumb. However, I do now own 3 Maraquan pets and a Koi, and Captain Scarblade is far lamer than that skeleton pirate kiko. But that's about as far as my interest goes. TNT has screwed up so many times that they'd need to do 10 more perfect plots, none starring usuls nor any anthro characters, to make up it up to me.

I suppose it'll be a pirate's life for me.
