I have been refreshing for over an hour now and have gotten a number of random events. Still no sidebar. Is it safe to say that it is not an RE?

I don't know if it would help, but maybe it's because today happens to be Groundhog's Day? Now if only it'd repeat over and over again to give us a better chance of getting the sidebar (and then I could be the first to tell everyone how to get it)
Oh, and a PPT sidebar would be neat. You could get it by going to PinkPT from a Neopets site (could they record where you go to? I know Geocities records where you come from...)

Unless I see a screenie with the notice saying the sidebar has been unlocked, I won't believe it.
