Hmm, get a quiggle? They have like the best species weapons ever. 
About 14k for a full 7 icons...
But I think you should just get an Iron Lupe Sword, its a pretty good weapon...

Which brings up a good point are you looking for one player or two player weapons. I only do one player and I got a lot of use out of a brain-tree mace.

Scarab slingshot. Costs under 15K. Works like it cost over 150K. Cheap once per battle? Try the Season Battle Duck. Under 500NP.

The Kau Knight Helmet is 6-8 and the Pearly Koi Bubble Wand does 6.17-8. I like stability and the Quiggle Boomerang does 7 full icons (5 rare ones) 100% of the time. Although the Kau Knight helmet is pretty awsome as well.
Back to the topic, Scarab Ring is the newest good weapon! You might wanna pick one up. Other items include:
Leaf Shield (7k)
Downsize! (8k)
Purple Sticky Hand (I forgot but really cheap:P)
Tiki Amulet (99k)

Cipher_text, earlier you recommended the person who made this Board purchase a Bow of Destiny although theoretically its a good recommendation as a weapon it isn't within the person's price range as I did point out at the time. Are you sure you are not mistakenly thinking that items on the Shop Wizard priced at 100k are buyable?
Anything priced at 100k on the Shop Wizard IS unbuyable and buyers must resort to the Trade Post or Auctions to purchase these items.
I don't think I've ever seen a Portable Kiln for 100k. In fact, I don't think I've even heard of it prior to this, as Zenial pointed out, it's worth millions as well. I'd have thought someone would have more chance of finding a DBD for 100k (more than 500k but less than 1 mill) than a Portable Kiln which is also very unlikely.

Whether or not the sellers of either of these items would have ever accepted these offers is another issue altogether. It would not suprise me if some people are arrogant and selfish enough to only put prices like that on Trades for fun and to mock whoever bid those amounts for a laugh - the equivalent of those people who say they'll accept 1np for a codestone on their wishlist and then reject ever single offer they get. Nonetheless, I wouldn't suggest recommending these items (PK, BD, other HT weapons) for people within a 100k budget as the chances of them finding the items is few and far between and there is no point in unnecessarily getting people's hopes up.

im talking about the shop wiz...but you have to refresh a lot
so anyone can buy it...wether the owner wants it sold or not
damn now that I think of it i should have bought that Bow of Destiny

If you're talking about the Shop Wizard, any items priced over 100k (so between 100,000 and 250,000) are unbuyable and the prices they are there are no indication of the prices that they would actually be sold at on the Trade Post or Auctions. Items can only be purchased from the Shop Wizard if they are 99,999 or under.

I remember when I first found that out!
Anywho, I think the person's pet species is a lupe. So I reccomend a Iron Lupe Sword and that Lupe Charm Thingy if not a Snowglobe Wand.

Zapatron 2000 I belive is just a little above 100k. It a 6 icon of light damage. and 3 icon dark defence. You can't really get a good weapon I guess. for only around 100k.
