The Guildmasters' Dinner Logic Puzzle (cont.)

These are just my observations from reading the descriptions (I did not search around the site for any external clues so I may be way off):

-They mention Malkus Vile "never ever lets on how much of the profit he keeps for himself". One of the secrets is that "one of them has buried a million NP underground (just in case)". I'm assuming these two are related (malkus is wary of letting anyone find out how much NP he has).

-Masila gained the trust of a little girl and then betrayed her, leading me to assume that Masila "plans to lie, and betray all the others". It is stated the jewelry she has on her was the girl's, which leads me to believe Masila's specialty is gem theft.

- And for some odd reason I think Sabatha is the one that writes to Neopian Times under a pseudonym. She's the only one that just kind of pops out in that area since she still goes to school. They also say she's silent/quiet, which may mean that she has other methods of being heard.

Just little tid-bit theories. They may be painfully obvious however and too discrediting to the puzzle .

Given that Sabatha is a Zafara, it seems unlikely.

(Besides, I recently came across a Neopets reference to the Shadow Usul as he . . . which threw me, because I always figured that character was female. Then again, the Usul is a very feminine-seeming species overall, to my eyes.)

I suspect the Shadow Usul is an independent operator who doesn't have much use for guilds. At any rate, he apparently wasn't invited to this dinner.

The Shadow Usul only appears at night, and has mainly been spotted in and around Neopia Central. What her motives are we have no idea, but we suggest you keep your wits about you.

No, we did not forget. I won't go into details, but basically Adam and I have had the most horrendous few weeks and just have not been in a situation where we could make this work. This still has not been totally resolved and is on hold until further notice. We are terribly sorry about this, its just one of those things unfortunately.

On the PPT home page there's a link to download a solution chart. I tried typing one for myself in a spreadsheet. What a mess. Unfortunatly, the link is a 404. Where can I get a that one or maybe look at a good example of a chart?

Aww, that's too bad. BUt since I've been on vacation for the past 3 weeks, and it still hasn't been started again, I guess that's a good thing.
But I have a bad feeling that this puzzle will end up like Neoschools, forgotten and abandoned.
