My role:

Role: Werewolves
Side: Evil
Members: …Alex, Kalathalan, lackadazed

1. You are a team. Because of this, you may discuss any special powers you have with each other and speculate on how to use them.

2. You must select an ALPHA wolf who will be the leader of the wolves. Please PM me with this decision as soon as possible. This person has the responsibility to send me a list of 5 names by the end of each night with a list of people s/he would like to maul. Whoever is on top of that list, and is still alive, will be mauled.

3. If the ALPHA WOLF cannot send a list, the other wolves may do so, but it will still be considered as if the alpha wolf sent the list. If the ALPHA WOLF dies, one of the remaining wolves must assume this role.

4. If you kill someone who has an unused special power, you will take that special power.

5. One time in this game you can immunize a wolf member from death by any means.

6. One time in this game you can make a day kill. Tell me at any time (during day) who you would like to kill, and I will carry it out as soon as possible. This must be done before Day 8.

7. Once in this game, before night ends and while there are at least 12 people alive, you may send me a list of 7 names on it. The first 4 who are still alive at the end of night will get the following PM:

You have been placed in a locked cell. You are not allowed to act at all until you complete the following task. There are others who have been locked up as well. You must select one of the three options listed below.

If you pick something that no-one else has picked, nothing will happen.
If you pick something that 1 other person has picked, you will be disabled from using your role for 2 days. If you are a normal townsperson, you will die.
If you pick something that 2 other people has picked, you will die.
If you pick something that 3 or more other people has picked, nothing will happen.

You have until the end of DAY to choose from the following:
1. 2. 3.

You will not be able to maul the night you decide to use this.

OMG, THAT WAS YOU! *cracks up* I want that role!

:D GO CORRUPTS! ^_^

Sat Jan 22, 2005 3:47 pm

I was curious Scott, did you already have my role chosen the day you gave it them out, or did you forget about it and handpick cityfolk. It's one of those things that have no importance, but they bug you until you know. :P

Sun Jan 23, 2005 2:07 am

Kugetsu- Your role was already chosen. But since "CityFolk" doesn't have much of a role attatched to it... it wasn't in my role sheet... so that's why your role was a bit delayed.

QUESTION: "When's the next game starting?"
ANSWER: "We'll be taking at least a one week delay. Get some time to just relax and refresh the game anew."

I won't start thinking up ideas for the game until thursday or friday this coming week. And I don't want anyone bugging me to hurry it up. Else you'll get pre-booted from the next game.

QUESTION: "You know... I think it'd be fun if I could MC a game..."
ANSWER: "That's not really a question... but anyway, a break for me in the future will be coming soon. So If you want to prove yourself as a suitable MC... start looking like it."

<hr> And I guess the open ended format didn't really help me out with feedback... so here:

1. What did you think about the split game, then merge of the sections? Do you like 1 big game of 42 better? Or should I have kept it at 21 people, 2 sepearate games?

2. Role balance? Did it exist? There were 6/21 on each section (28.6%).

3. (To those who were evil) Were your roles balanced as powerfully as other baddies? If not, what should have been added

4. Do you want an option, before the game, to give shields to thsoe who you feel have desered them?

5. Secret Powers? Need 'em? Lose 'em?

6. What was one problem you found this round... (and you can't answer nothing or to that effect)

7. What was the MOST ENJOYABLE part you found in this round...

Sun Jan 23, 2005 2:12 am

1. I like one big game better. :)

2. I liked the role balance. :)

4. Nooooo. :P No one would shield me. xD

5. Lose 'em. Makes the game more confusing.

6. I found it annoying that it was in two games. :P I wanted to execute some people in B, but couldn't. :P

7. Seeing the corrupts win. :D

Sun Jan 23, 2005 2:16 am

1. I like both of them actually. Two games was fun, but more people gives you a lesser chance of dying. :3 I'd say a bigger game next though.

2. I think it was very balanced, we just got in quote "pwned"

4. Um... dunno, would this be public or private? Privately I suppose it wouldn't benefit either side because both could get them, but I guess it would be fine.

5. Keep'em. :3

6. The only problem was that Monique was a baddie on my side, big mistake for me because of the last game. XD Other than that... um... Possibly a less percentage for a soul steal, maybe like simple majority?

7. The finger-pointing and accusing, I love that stuff. It's priceless. :D Especially when I'm surprised, like in this game.

1) Split games are always more interesting but unfortunately I feel that they are slightly unfair towards the baddies because the innocents would know that baddies on the same team come from the same section, and thus even after the merger they will have their suspects list cut by half.

However I must say you did a great job in this game by giving the innocent roles restrictions too (which could be unlocked). That made the game quite fair.

2) I think they were balanced but I think the Mafia were rather shortchanged. Of course, I don't know their role powers yet...

3) Of course my team was powerful enough. :P I thought we were done for when Gundam died though, but thankfully it was still possible to survive without her.

4) Yes, definitely. Many people are dying early because the baddies like to kill off smart and active players first.

5) I was surprised there were no SPs in this game... I think they are very fun and are essential to a game of Werewolf.

6) Can't answer nothing? That means you want us to nit-pick at your game then. :P Well, I think an additional rule supplement should be made requiring players to check back regularly even after they have died. Soul stealing Ssock could have swayed this game, but unfortunately some of the deadies were too inactive to do so.

7) Of course the part when we won. No, actually for me personally it is the part when Kugetsu, the_dog_god and others were all vouching for my innocence. I was terribly perplexed but amused when Kugetsu said he was sure I was innocent because of one statement I made. :P

The way we did it was exciting - having a merge with Restricts and all.

2. Role balance? Did it exist? There were 6/21 on each section (28.6%).

Good balance.

3. (To those who were evil) Were your roles balanced as powerfully as other baddies? If not, what should have been added

I believe it was balanced.

4. Do you want an option, before the game, to give shields to thsoe who you feel have desered them?

No...

5. Secret Powers? Need 'em? Lose 'em?

Keep!

6. What was one problem you found this round... (and you can't answer nothing or to that effect)

Time X_X 6 PM NST is 4 PM here.

7. What was the MOST ENJOYABLE part you found in this round...

The kill discussion...BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

Liked it... I could teach the members of A how to sing without fear of getting mauled by those baddies. :P On a more serious matter... other than the confusion of positng on the right side, it definately takes alot of the confusion out of the game. I think. *Shifty eyes*

2. Role balance? Did it exist? There were 6/21 on each section (28.6%).

I believe it was fairly balanced... There should have been a Mason in A, though, so we could have been buddies. :P Joking, joking...

3. (To those who were evil) Were your roles balanced as powerfully as other baddies? If not, what should have been added.

I am the Queen, Sir Scott! :P (That was my answer for the question)

4. Do you want an option, before the game, to give shields to thsoe who you feel have desered them?

Yes! I like the shield idea... its saved you before, Scott. :battar: And o_0... I wouldn't be too sure about that...

5. Secret Powers? Need 'em? Lose 'em?

You know... its funny how I've only gotten Secret Powers while in a baddie role? ... *Blink* Need 'em!

6. What was one problem you found this round... (and you can't answer nothing or to that effect)

As I stated before... too few resurrections for the innocents. And don't you dare respond with your 'I'm not real fond of 'em..." speech... have you ever been on the recieving end, Sir Scott? :P

7. What was the MOST ENJOYABLE part you found in this round...

Looking for these three words: Protect, guard, hide; in a midst of arguments!!!

Yeah, I thought I was sure because when I was messaged by plducala, I was told that when he dreamt, it was either "good or bad" and there were no specifics. He was correct, I just forgot to ask him if there were any other restrictions. XD Because of what I knew, or thought I knew, I swore that you were good. I was swaying plducala's innocences in my mind through the game as well, but turns out he was actually good. But yes, I found it quite humorous myself. :P

Oh yes, and all the while, I was actually using the fact that plducala ended up accusing like 3 people in a row that were bad as my reason for believing he was innocent. I mentally made sure not to break the "All speculations must be made due to information on the game thread". Even if there was the fact that I was told by him in the back of my mind, I was never sure if he was bluffing or not.

1 GAME!

2. Role balance? Did it exist? There were 6/21 on each section (28.6%). Good enough.

4. Do you want an option, before the game, to give shields to thsoe who you feel have desered them? Noope. Well...maybe.

5. Secret Powers? Need 'em? Lose 'em?
Half and half.

6. What was one problem you found this round... (and you can't answer nothing or to that effect)
There's parts of my roles that I didn't use and one was so confusing I ignored it.

7. What was the MOST ENJOYABLE part you found in this round...
Someone actually TRIED to kill Raze. :P

This was my first game of Werewolf, but I had more fun while it was one big game.

2. Role balance? Did it exist? There were 6/21 on each section (28.6%).
Yes, I'd say it was pretty balanced.

4. Do you want an option, before the game, to give shields to thsoe who you feel have desered them?
I think if you were voted off in night 1 of one game, you should be immune for a night or two in the next game...

5. Secret Powers? Need 'em? Lose 'em?
I'd say keep 'em

6. What was one problem you found this round... (and you can't answer nothing or to that effect)
Ehh... If there's one problem, I guess I think soul stealing should require only a majority...

7. What was the MOST ENJOYABLE part you found in this round...
How people got mad at me for saying I was a Werewolf and for attempting to stop Raze from dreaming... Silly people! :P I promise never to act like that again...

Hehe, I was just putting on an act about being angry on the thread, Unot. Secretly I was laughing evilly, "Yay go Unot for stopping our main threat! For that I'll let him survive for a day or two more." :P

1) I liked one big game... It's more fun

2) I think it was pretty well balanced, though there were very few baddie roles, IMO... Some new 1-person baddie teams would be cool...

3) ...

4) ummm... Is it just me who this question went over their head... Whatever's fine...

5) Powers are soo needed!!! They rock!

6) Ummm.... Maybe more ressurecting roles or something... Personally I thought this was a well thought-out game, except for the two game parts... That was annoying...

7) The ending!!! Even though my side didn't win, that was a really cool ending!!!
