Meerca Chase just went to the game graveyard - will the av be retired then? Or will we have to refresh the graveyard again?

I don't know but me thinks they need to consider if they're going to retire a game before they give it an avatar.. wait.. MAYBE THEY DID.

You can get the avatar in Meerca Chase 2, not sure if it is just classic mode of all the modes though

Well, I'm glad I played the old one earlier today - before they "retired" it. One more game I won't be playing anymore.
The new version is very unfriendly to people with visual/vestibular disorders. That little meerca with the arms and legs moving, and maybe it's just on dial-up, but the tail? as it gets longer it almost "blinks" and the 2 things are just too much for me to handle.

a friend that doesn't have the meerca chase av just scored 768 on meerca chase 2 but didn't get the avatar

From what I have heard you can get it only in classic mode.

I am upset that they took it away, one of the only few games i play, lol. I also just earn the avie myself.

Me too. I can't get a good score on it at all O_O

i can score on avg 500, and i play classic mode. The other two modes are way to hard, and i earn more points in classic style, lol. about 2k a day from that game is nice.
