I JUST GOT THE CHEAT MONSTER APPEAR WHEN I DIDNT EVEN SEND A SCORE IN MEERCA CHASE 11 AGAIN I HAD BEEN CLICKING THE MEERCAS EYE ALOT

Then clicking on that eye has to be the reason. Does clicking on the eye give you an advantage? Or do you just get that programmer to show up?

I click the eye pretty often, and I see no advantage to it.
Just like the eye in snowmuncher I think it's just an easter egg. 
Glad too see there isn't a problem though.

So, perhaps the person who made that game is having a little fun with it. Maybe the same programmer who put the programmer pop-up into the game also put the cheat monster in--just to mess with people's heads.

He likes putting his mug on games he's helped create.
As mentioned before, if you click Dieter's eye on the Snowmuncher opening screen you'll also see him.
He also shows up as a customer in Trouble At The National Neopian.
His head is a special emblem for use in Sutek's Tomb.
He also shows up amongst images of Donna and Adam in Brucey B Slots.
I wasn't suprised to see him on Meerca Chase II when it came out because I had seen his face on lots of the other games. LOL.
