ERROR : Nice try, but your Neopet cannot challenge this opponent yet

I think TNT has made it so we can't do this now!

Are you sure that the opponent was available before the war? Lemme test....

Okay, The Tax Beast, who I never was able to get on my list, gave me your error message ... but Kasuki Lu I was able to beat. (and get an avatar... which i thought I already had)

Yep, if you don't have the challenger activated, you can't fight him, you can only fight challengers you have activated.
