Hehehe, I FINALLY got a challenge by him while I was trying to go for the Dice-A-Roo avatar. It was weird though, because I got the Black Pteri random event but not the New Challenger box and I was pretty sure I didn't get him yet. Hehehe, now to get the Dice-A-Roo avatar.
