Speaking of which, how much did your full lab map cost? I got mine for 100K a long time ago. Just wondering how much it dents pockets now a days. *suddenly feels ancient and grows a long grey beard*

I bought mine for about 500k, the prices lowered from about 60k-70k to 55k-60k so if you got the np, nows the tome to buy.

I'm in the process of buying the entire lab map. I have 5 out of the 9 pieces and I've spent 250K. Now I just have to keep playing games and restocking until I can get the rest.

*whistles* Man! 500K...Well inflation certaintly has gone up. And it's only going to keep getting worse. I imagine in a few years the idea of buying a lab ray will seem impossible.

Well, have fun with your lab ray! Make those 500K worth it and zap everyday. :)

Actually, I bought my Second lab ray all from one shop. ~20k each, i was very happy and didn't get ripped off :) The shop owner was also very kind and said if i needed any help i could ask him :D

(he was very rich too, he had about 20 sets of the lab map in there!)

unfortunatly they've gone from 9k, to 20k to 50k while i've been on neopet :(

You can always get lucky, but recommend saving up the np and make an offer to those who sell all 9 pieces together in the Trading Post.

EDIT: I take that back! I finally bought them all for 100K cheaper than the offers I made on a number of lots. UG!

i bought mine for about 350k, about a year ago, not sure. i just printed out the grid of the different pieces, then went shopping, crossing them off as i went. :P

Like Phlameseeker, I got mine for about 350k a year ago. It took me a few months to get all the pieces, though. I'd say that by now, the ray has paid a third of itself off :P

:D I'm not the only one who got it for 100k! w00t. I guess we're the Neopets Grandmas around here ;)

And I've got you beat. I've been on for 4 years and 5 months on one account. :)
