YES! You are completely right. I forgot all about that. When my sister first started playing neopets (before she quit, haha) I bought her one of those because she's a huge Mr. Winkles fan. And then they released the mutant bearog and it looks just like him.

Even the light source is the same.

The homer/ bruce one has the exact same garmet. The only difference is the color of the flowers. The petal shapes are the same. The berate (sp?) is even worn at the same angle. The background is even the same. Only difference is neopets left the inside dark.

It's good to be influenced but not to get so close that you could be considered "stealing" Try to be more origional than that.

Bugs life/ ruki and other disney/ neopets comaprasons resembilence Disney is a neopets sponsor so they may have some permission or a contract.

i seriously doubt it. there's a difference between an homage and a rip-off, between playful similarities and plagarism.
