It seems that since people were talking about directly e-mailing neostaff on PPT, so many people have done it that they are flooded. There has been some rumor that they block all outside address now. If it is true or not is not something I can verify. I know I haven't recieved any replies since that first one I got telling me I should be able to access my account.
And we should TECHNICALLY only use the forms (which has yet to gleen me a response -- automated or not)

I keep asking you if you are going to snail mail them, but I guess I would not want to. It would be SO in your face or something. I dunno if I could bring myself to write to them directly!

They have blocked a lot of outside addresses - you see support costs

Well, I wrote out in full, for the most part, the letter *OW! my poor fingers hurt!* and am gonna send it off TODAY!

I have heard of it, but not actually seen it. I admit that I am a bit worried about my letter I sent off. Hand written seemed like a good idea at the time, but I wonder if they would appreciate trying to read my writing. Mostly, I worry about being ignored!

I seem to talk more just with you! I read through those petitions, some are really wierd! I will continue to look for the decently written one. I think it had a few hundred sigs on it!
