You don't expect an answer, do you?

Anyone got an idea who still works and who is just automated messages?

Since the first and last reply I got from William, I have gotten ZERO responses and and ZERO automated messages.

Whoa. How many forms have you filled out and how many e-mails did you send?

My question exactly o.o

I have e-mailed three staff members (one reply already mentioned, one a bad address, and one has no return as of yet). I filled out the standard frozen form twice now, the access account form, and the hacked form (just in case somebody did access my account and got it frozen; LONG SHOT).
Two weeks later, no auto forms at all!
Now, that SHOULD be enough for measly auto form!

I agree. You should have gotten SOMETHING. Are you sure that they did not go to your "junk mail' or "bulk bin"?

Got my first autoresponse today from
mailto:Frozen@neopets.com. It said that the e-mail is no longr in use for people who are frozen.

Well, that sucks. Anyone would get that auto when e-mailing that address. Pretty deperate try there, but at least you are trying. Are you gonna send a letter snail mail now?

I dunno. Is there anybody here who has actually written to neopets? Suggestions welcome!

You know if you send too many emails they get treated as spam... that's what i heard from a user who got a response from Amanda W.
Tue Nov 09, 2004 11:22 pm
I have sent to different people, would that be concidered spamming?
