Having to die by hitting your head on the computer screen because you didn't get a jackpot on a scratchcard and it was there. (really hapened to me on neopets)

Generally, I'd say a death involving a toilet is pretty undignified.

1. One nasty one I can think of is if someone had epileptic seizure and drowned in animal poo while they were working on a farm.

2. Falling down a hole where a toilet use to be and not being able to get back up out of the hole. (You will know what I mean if you go to a public toilet and you see a hole where a toilet was removed by vandals.

3. Being clawed and/or eaten to death by lions after you blown of course and you accidentally land in the Lions enclosure at a zoo or safari when you are parachuting.
