I think we should be able to have Cheat! tornaments where you play against real players
IDEA: New Freezing System.
I think a ban would be more appropriate, to be as long as suits what they freeze-ee has been accused of. Innocent players would come back. Sammers wouldn't bother.

here are my suggestions:
-Neopoints for battledome wins
-A separate gallery for our gallery items
-Automatic Bank Interest
-More neopoints for games
-cheaper paintbrush prices (too many p/bs are rare)
edit: OH and a way to transfer pets safely (and to make hackproof, we could have a separate password)

a seperate password for your safety deposit box, that way if you get scammed or something happens so that someone else can get into your account, they can't get into your SDB because of the seperate password.

I've often wished there could be some "healing post" that heals your pet to max, which you can buy for your account (like a lab map) that you can keep forever.. maybe 100k for one? I think it would really help especially in times of war.
The ability of the trading post to search for wishlists.

Suggestions......
Like I'm sure others have already said... a new freezing system. Maybe a 3 strikes and you're out thing.
More items that aren't rare. Seems like alot of the stuff that has come out lately has been rare.
More quests, like the snow faerie, kitchen quest etc. Go grab these items and bring them back to me sort. And also a higher number of quests we can do per day.
Clear out ALL inactive accounts including frozen accounts. Ones that haven't been used in 2yrs (give or take).
Uhm... and a bunch of other ideas that other people have already said.

Have an account age requirement for the board. While it doesn't always hold true that the people with the older accounts are more... mature, it'll still help a lot.

Hey, I've seen that concept used on another pet site (Nutrinopets) and it worked really well. There was even a set of links at the top of the shop that allowed you to jump between sections. It would be especially effective for me and other people like me who use their shop for both selling and a gallery.
I'd agree with the statement about a smarter boards too, except many people on Neopets will lie about their age to get in, and are probably doing so now. Either way, there's still here.

Also, it's been noted that a few of the suggestions made here at PPT are used.

Two things, that are kinda my "pet peeves"
I'd LOVE to be able to move my lab map to a side account once I am happy with the pets on my main account - even if it cost a random piece each time you moved it - that would discourage people from doing it *too* often, or too casually, and would still be affordable to people that *really* wanted to move it.
The other one (and sorry restockers) make the difference between people that can restock to earn np, and those that only have games to earn np a bit more fair.
For example, if people can only send their scores for each game three times per day, then people should only be able to restock at each shop 3 times per day.
I know that idea would annoy a lot of the restockers, but some of them can earn THOUSANDS of np for one item, and I can only ever earn one thousand for one game play

Wow, I never thought this board would attract so many replies! I really hope some of the Neo Staff have a read of this board. Some of the ideas (especially mine 
) are cool and all, but not practical. Most of the ideas though, like pet and weapon locks, as well as age restricted boards and password protected SDBs and Banks are excellent!
I believe that maybe each person should be able to open 2 shops. That way, you can have one gallery and one main shop, both on the same account.
The idea about tagging spare accounts is great as well. I'd really like to see this put into action. I once almost accidentally bought something from a main shop on my spare account. I was lucky, since I only had 200np out, but I was still worrying like mad. If a spare account was banned from shops, games, dailies, etc, then it would be obvious you were not cheating, and therefore there'd be less freezing. Kudos to the person who came up with the idea
I too would like to see a Neopets version of Lemmings, with all the fast paced action and speed or a million or so little tiny people walking around blindly. Heh, *drops lemmings down hole*
Yeah, I remember making a board about that on PPT myself. Freezing is really rough. A ban suiting the punishment would be great.
Hmmm, not a bad idea, but maybe making different posts which can only be used certain times a day. So one post might heal 50hp up to 10 times a day, whilst another one could heal 500hp up to 100 times a day. That way, players with weak pets won't end up having to pay 400k or so for some uber healer, when all they need is a weak heal.
