I wonder why... maybe they were infringing on the copyrights of Real Life? Or maybe they want to create a more "immersive" environment where the real fruits are ummagines and puntec fruits.
Nahh - they just realease new fruits - limes, lemons and grapefruits. It was pretty silly being able to get dried grapefruit but not actually get the grapefruit.
