I got that just two days ago, and yep, a faerie petpet pb too. I managed to trade it up for a Halloween pb. (Don't ask, it involved a complicated process of exchanging it for a HTS then spending hours to find a willing trader for it
)

Gloat: checking for its reselling price at the wiz, found one much cheaper than the others, only 90 NP
Bigger gloat: going to said shop, I got also some assorted neodrops for only 35 NP. Well, of course it’s not like finding a paintbrush for a couple of NP, but profitable findings, nevertheless, considering I don’t re-stock often...
