Ok, my account is vicki_2707. It got haced and that hacker deactivated the account. I emailed TNT many times already with no response so wad shld I do?

things u can do:
1)keep emailing them
2)snail mail them
3)call them (if u have their no lol)
4)forget about it and leave neo/create a new account.

To: fungi, Still no response from TNT? I just remembered something.
You have virus scan on your comp? Check the virus log and see whether there was any virus found on your comp before, especially ones closest to the date you were frozen.

TAke a screenshot using print screen button and attached it with your letter and explain that you comp may have been hack? Better than nothing i guess. Even better if you can scan your IC, but remember to blank the parts you don't want people to see. At least the IC has birthdate on it to match your account and you have the proof.

I've been frozen before too for supposedly using autobuyer which is not true. But i guess i'm lucky. They actually unfroze me after i sent a really long letter with screenshots of my comp's system, my internet time log and scans of my contract with singnet, showing how fast my comp and net is.

To: vicki_2707, keeping trying. TRy to ask them whether there are any chances of getting it back. MOST IMPORTANTLY, UPDATE YOUR VIRUS SCAN and SCAN YOUR COMP FOR ANY POSSIBLE VIRUS~~

Try snail mailing if they don't reply.

umm about the virus scan thingy, i dont think it will help because my computer got a serious virus struck after my account was frozen--the computer shuts down after 30 secs and also that i cant shut down my com even after clicking on "turn off" several times so my brother restored the whole computer..

read up about you sending long info to TNT. well, luckily i went to the history and saved the copies of messages i had in my neomail inbox and i sent them the whole list. I also sent them a list of my neofriends (i had lots of them and i thought that this would help but it doesnt seem to be in the end)

well, im not accused to have done something against the rules and so i cant like you, show them the proves i have for strong support of what i have not done.

the other thing about identity card.. my birthday on neo was a fake one, but that was just the year. the month and date are real. i entered the fake year (1988) because of the "no-neomails-ets-for-12-and-below" rule. i was like 12 when i started playing neo.. so this is not of any help..

i feel quite bad.. like i know i had done nothing wrong. TNT said that too, but what i can do to help (like showing screenshots of my system etc) is not of any use in getting my account back..

maybe i should wait for tomorrow and email bryan again. maybe they will only reply to our mails in weekdays

Can you remember the name of the virus? Even if you can't, it's okie. Just mentioned the virus and the problems it caused in your letter and explain that you have to restore the comp, so there will be diffculty in getting any proof.
