Dude, that's because Florida has very little bedrock. Nothing to anchor the bunker to.

Holy Audio Adrenaline, you're right. If you're a smoker, it won't help you to live there. My grandparents live in Florida, and both of them smoke. Not even their favourite restaurrant (Manny's) will let them anymore. It might get better in a different couty or city though.

Wow. That's odd. No broken windows, no flood, not even loss of power for me. O_o

Weeeeird.

Wed Sep 08, 2004 11:50 pm

We lost power... with the wild kids...and now Ivan is headed this way

Thu Sep 09, 2004 12:22 am

It's quite funny now...everytime someone talks about Hurricane Ivan out here, I always turn around thinking I was supposed to respond. :P

And you're all making me sound like I'm a terrible person (cause my name's Ivan...). Heh, might as well soak all this up while it's still amusing.

Well Yoshi..Ivan who ever you are....

PLEASE STAY AWAY.....go home...out of the carribian(sp?)..but if you MUST come..please drop your laptop you must have to acces the internet in the middle of the ocean...in my front yard :battar:

Does Florida really have a Kick me sign on it's back?

^^^ Don't mind my odd little friend, well since she is in running distance of my house, I should probably run now lol.

Even though I'm pretty far from Florida, the hurricanes have still managed to effect our weather, it's been cool, cloudy, and windy.

Also, to avoid any confusion, I've edited the title for this thread, if anyone has any objections, let me know. **blinks**

Since Ivan is so strong I hope it doen't blow past Florida and hit Texas, I live about 30 miles from Houston, and we get effected when things hit Texas almost always.

I think someone powerful has some kind of vendetta against Florida. Three dangerous hurricanes in one month is not something you see everyday (or month).

Seems Frances had some staying power. I keep getting rained on up here in NY. Nothing close to what's been going on down in Florida, though.
