All of the Duke Nukem games were horribly made even for their time. They were fine for a while, until the main objective in every game became saving scantily clad womenat every turn (which really started on the first one, but got worse as it got further). Not only that but every single poster or ad in the game revolved around the same thing. They put way too much of an emphasis on that, which IMO completely screwed the game over in the long run.
As for FF, FFX was average in every way possible, its only strong point was probably graphics, and possibly character development. It also gave somewhat of a view on prejudice (as with the Guado and the Ronsos, and the whole Machina drama), which is a nice addition. It just didn't really have any outstanding qualities, some very good concepts, but nothing that really improved it all that much.

Vyse is the main character on one of the best rpg's of all time that doesn't get the attention it deserves, Skies of Arcadia on the dreamcast. Or Skies of Arcadia Legends on it's gamecube re-release.

Earthbound was awesome, one of the most imaginative and unique RPGs ever made. Very strange, but it was awesome.

Agh, Jill's losing now! >.< GO JILL! And no "TJF" is not in accordance here, Jill is simply the coolest RE character so far. :p
And... I looked at my bracket yesterday and found an error that I didn't have time to fix. By some random act of button touching, I have Tommy Vercetti beating Zero. I thought I had everything perfect after the 1st round, and now that I've seen this and know that my brackets is as good as dead, I must root for my two underdogs... Tails and Jill!

Many people dislike Final Fantasy, and I can see why. They are considered some of the best games out there. They are good, true, but they are way overhyped, which makes people not want to play them. I'm one of the people that likes some of them but doesn't like everything with the words Final Fantasy in the name.
