This is getting very irritating, especially for dial-up users who rely on games for most of the NPs (since it's hard for us to restock). This is the 4th weekend in a row that the site has been glitchy. But I guess TNT doesn't give a hoot, since the game score submission glitch has been going on for almost 25 hours now. :x

This is the second day and the games are still not working. :x

I'm on dial-up, and games are what I rely on since I'm too slow to restock. This is the second day and still like this :x

Ditto on the dial up

(grumble)

I'm absolutly terrible at restocking, I rely on games aswell.

*gulp* I guess I'll have to change to...attempting restocker.

I really getting annoyed being limited to what games I can because this stinking glitch.

BTW a lot the neoboarders in the Games section of Neoboards are also having the same problem as us.

How annoying. I earn my NP through games aswell, and this just takes the biscuit.

Don't make me send my cat after you, neopets!

Not that she would do much.. she's afraid of mice

That's it. 3 days. It's been 3 days.

*gets out sporks*

Well, now the game score glitch has been going on for over 48 hours. This is not only frustrating, but disappointing also. For the first time in over 3 years, I found myself spending more time at other virtual pet sites during the weekend than at Neopets. I fear that unless TNT starts dealing with these massive glitches that occur on such a regular basis lately, they're going to start losing loyal and long-time players. :(

Sierra, there have been people leaving ... long time players. I can't even imagine what someone new to the site must be going through.

All that time, effort and money for the McDonald's promo, getting so many more people to join the site; and every day now on the HD and sometimes BD there's a post from someone asking how to delete their account because they've lost something else, or their shop disappeared ... again. It's a shame really.

Instead of new content continually being added to the site, more attention should be paid to the technical running of the site. Although I adore new items, games, and what have-you, it is more important to me that the site run efficiently. We shouldn't have to worry every time we log on whether or not our shops are going to be gone, or our avatars, trophies, NPs, well you get the picture....

I don't think it's that important whether we get new and improved pre-game loaders, or whether Faerie Bubbles gets a new font. But it IS important that items and neopoints don't get lost in 'glitches'. It IS important that players don't get automatically frozen by auto-freeze programs (and yes, I know, Shroomy said last month that there are no auto-freeze programs, but I don't buy it -- not when users are frozen within 5 seconds of submitting high game scores). Lastly, it IS important that all of our account information stay secure and not subject to glitches that reveal passwords and email addresses.

TNT, if you are reading this by any chance, please consider hiring more technical staff -- I beg you.... :battar:

I agree full heartedly. Lots of people just play Neopets as a game, but there are a lot of people who take it rather seriously... and losing a shop or an SDB... it's like going bankrupt for no reason. Granted, there may be things we don't know about... but a part of me is thinking that TNT should be thinking less about product endorsements and more about the site itself.

I've noticed that a bunch of the games have been redone... and that's great and all, but why not focus attention on the glitches. People leaving the site is worrying me... I, as I'm sure a lot of you, spend hours playing and training and restocking and collecting. To see all that gone in a matter of seconds because of a problem in the database move... or maybe because someone was too busy dreaming up the next overpriced plush doll to notice something was wrong... it's not cool.

And yes, there are people who are going to defend the TNT. And like I said, there may be things that we just don't know about... problems and the such. But still, it's rather tragic seeing people lose what they've worked so hard for.

Maybe if lots of people send complants they may fix the problem.
