Is anyone else having trouble getting to the PPT forums (and only the forums) using Firefox 3.5.4? I have tried on two different computers and I just get a blank white page on both computers. It's only with FF 3.5.4. The forums come up fine in Opera.

It's working fine for me with FF3.5.4 (on a PC with Windows XP Pro).

Must be me. I'll have to dig deeper.

Thanks!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox? That usually fixes things for me.

Hold onto your seats people... the SL is back.

Uninstalling & re-installing did not help. Unfortunately, the problem has gotten worse - I cannot get to the forums at all on any browser on 3 computers and different IP addresses!

I seem to only be able to get here on my PDA... The only thing in common on the 3 PCs is recently installing flash 10... uninstalling flash did not fix the issue.

I am stumped... any help would be appreciated.

I know other people have had the same issue as Blue, and it's been going on for over a week in both cases. Unfortunately, I don't have a solution to offer. I hope it gets fixed soon.

I'm Baaaaaaack! After a couple of weeks not being able to get on regardless of browser (Firefox, Opera, IE, Avant, Google Chrome!). As of today, I can get back on! Yay.

And it is working fine with Firefox 3.5.5 (it upgraded itself but wasn't working until today)

Was a problem on our end, unfortunately, so your browser choice did not really matter -- only logged in users could see the forums.

The first rule about PPT is you don't talk about PPT. :) Glad it's been sorted.

The forums have been down for me too! So annoying! But they are back now.

I'm too old for this!

Same here. I have tried every day since Nov 2, and today (15th Nov) is the first day I have been able to get into the forums.
