Looks like we're still getting denial of service attacks from Turkish IPs. Attacking servers banned.

Hold onto your seats people... the SL is back.

I guess that makes me the odd one out. I am not having any issues at all and pages are loading fast for me.

There's another issue here as well, but it should hopefully resolve itself within the next few hours. Meanwhile, you're probably stuck with long page load times. If it's any conciliation, Keep-Alive connections still work, so you might get decent performance if you load another page within 15 seconds or so of your last.

I'm glad that it's partially been resolved. I was wondering if it was the same problem as before. The 15-second thing is good to know too as that explains why I'm still having issues.

Right, scared Googlebot away from making excessive requests, but things are still too slow for comfort. :(

Are you seriously telling me that googlebot was pwning us all last night? The site was either unaccessable, or would log you out 5 seconds after logging in.

I am getting this weird message when trying to view the ppt collage topic in the announcements section.
Quote:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Got error 124 from storage engine [1030]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

What if I told you it was Googlebot's secret rabid twin?

Hmm weird as it is working fine now. But 5 minutes ago it wasn't. I am very confused.

Earlier today I could not get any pages on PPT to load; I also had a similar problem a few days ago. Hopefully they won't come back anymore because I'm sure no one likes long page loads :x

More problems yet again... For the past hour or so, I've had a really tough time loading pages at PPT. Lots of page time out errors. And now, trying to post in a different thread, I get this error:

Quote:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Got error 127 from storage engine [1030]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

What May said, and I know at least one other person who had trouble loading earlier.

I am getting the same message too when I try to view the Avatar Catalog Updates topic in Neopets General Chat.

I'm having problems with that thread too, though I was originally posting about the screenshots thread in General Chat. With that Avatar Catalog thread, it's one of those pesky ones where in the board index, it says someone new has posted, but when you actually read the thread, there is no new post, so the thread continues to show up as new no matter how many times you've read it. Is there any kind of fix for that other than remembering to click "mark all threads read" once you're done with that board?
