Pink Poogle Toy Forum

Hi, I'm running Windows XP and, when I press Ctrl+Alt+Del to bring up the task manager, it simply brings up the users part of the task manager. I remember doing this a while ago when messing around with the settings and I don't know how to reset it back to the original settings as when I right click it only gives me the options 'Help' and 'Always on Top'. There aren't any toolbar things at the top either. Help?
