I had posted a post like this on another forum however i thought it would be good to post the same post here as i think it would be handy. Also any new sites people have found should reply with the url and a description of the site (meaning what use it it). Also a topic like this this was on the last pinkpt forum.

it seems unlikely you would have forgotten Spoono if you new of them :) ... http://www.spoono.com . they literally have everything you need.

Also don't forget to check out http://www.phpfreaks.com (and the other freaks network sites).

http://www.good-tutorials.com is an excellent site for tutorials in Adobe Photoshop, and is often useful to me in web designing.

Also, if you are a beginner learning HTML- or even if you are more advanced- http://www.lissaexplains.com is really useful for looking up how to do simple HTML, CSS and Java.
