just remember, lithium-ion batteries last longer if they are charged, so don't keep them low on batter just cuz your afraid to charge them.
I still say zen micro. If you don't really care what it looks like there are other creative products (not as big as zen extra) that holds 30GB for $219.

Yea, now I'm leaning to zen micro 
I've read the user's review for both micro and iriver H10 and apparently they all said that the micro's touch pad is a problem, then again, one can get used to it 
as for iriver H10, the rubber casing is a problem and etc etc etc. What's even worse is the sound quality. Creative sound quality is so much better than it.
