Daze, that happened to me when I was camping. I drove to McDonald's to use their free WiFi specifically so I couldn't reset, and then I was reset anyway. To add salt to my wound, the next cycle I was also reset because of DST very late in the cycle, and I would have just finished the cycle had I not been reset the first time, so I basically lost two cycles in a row. It stinks. I'm sorry.

I agree with Blue that you may not want to spin right at midnight. I think some of the Neopets servers are out of sync with one another again.

I wonder if Mr. P's experience is what happened to me; the WiFi was super glitchy and I may have been logged out while I was in the process of claiming the prize (I definitely clicked on it, but I don't know that it "took").

There was a ton of lag yesterday, and the site was super duper glitchy. I won the treasure in the Faerie Caverns, but when I clicked to claim my prize, it took me back to the first cavern, and then of course I lost instead of winning the second run-through (this is what makes me think the servers are out of sync again). Maybe the best thing to do is to refresh TS after you've claimed, especially when it's laggy, and see if you can spin again or not...
