Woot! I've been hoping for that RE, as it's a 1mil discount off the Grimoire of Affluence! (Though, I'm going to hold off in case Seekers win, as spending 9 mil right before the bank boon just doesn't seem like a wise idea).

Gloat: Finally obtained a near-impossible to find HTS item for my gallery. Now I am only short one very impossible to find item (I think it no longer actually exists).

Cry: My bank account balance is much, much, much lower than before.

ETA: HOLY MOLEY! I cannot believe it, but the mug I have NEVER seen in the wild is actually on the TP. How would one know if it is legit or not? I doubt I would be able to afford it though.

ETA2: Yep. I contacted the seller and it is apparently for real. No way I can afford it though. I would bet that it sells somewhere between 50M and 100M. Until I saw it, I truly thought that the item no longer existed. It is very much one of a kind. I think I was happier thinking it did not exist.

Aww, that's a bummer, Blue. At least the seller knows you're interested... Maybe you're the only person in all of Neopia who is, and he'll lower the price for you eventually.

(Though you will have to start saving up, too... You really should play Food Club. I've made over 81M NP in three years of playing... plus all the interest from putting much of that in the bank. Since you're allowed to copy bets, it would only take you about 2 minutes a day.)

Gloat: I made 720k from FC yesterday, plus 500k from selling a mortog.

Cry: missed out on selling one of my R99 stamps for 15M because I wasn't online when the buyer NMed me.

Haha, Blue, I did the exact same thing up there... and then remembered a gloat.

I didn't post my FC bets today because they were last-minute and pretty risky, but I won 63:10 (so 630k minus the 100k I paid to place my ten bets). (THAT IS MY GLOAT - YES, BLUE, I AM ON TOPIC!)

I usually try to bet in the morning or by lunchtime at the latest (so around 6am NST, and no later than 11am NST). I can post them in the Food Club chat board each day. FC is kind of risky in the day-to-day, but profitable in the long run, so it's best not to bet more than 1% of the money you can afford to lose short-term per bet (regardless of your max bet); most losing streaks last much fewer than ten days, though they can rarely stretch to a month.

Other gloat: rank 9 in the AC already! Nearly halfway to AS (except not really, of course... in terms of points, it's nearly 1/3 of the way there, though).

....I had JUST BOUGHT IT for training. The NEXT page click (when I was buying the other codestone I needed), he steals it! Bah! 28k down the drain.

Cry: It now costs even more of a butt-load to train. Ah well. I'll stock up again after next week...(or next week if we lose on boons).
Gloat: Made a ton in FC to help pay for said training.
Another cry: Been trying for the Faerie Bubbles avvie, and just scored this: 1,954 (There needs to be a *headdesk* smile, because that's definitely what I'm doing right now.)
...at least that's a significant improvement from the like, 1100ish I had before? I'm getting better...

Gloat: Obtained 4 new trophies last month (one gold, one silver, and two bronze) and upgraded the bronze trophy I got in August to a silver (and that trophy is not likely to get upgraded to gold anytime soon).

Plus, I had a ridiculous streak of luck one night, and got *2* of the game avvies I was missing!! (I was shocked, to say the least). I'd say 5 left, but then there's the new one from this week...so, 6 left to go.

Oh, and I gained 50HPs in the last week for my battle pet by eating all the HP boosting cupcakes/cakes I've been saving from the last couple of years. Now I have to train level for a while to catch up, but... <shrugs>

Cry: My FC month wasn't the best. Ah well.

ETA2: Cry: I've spent way too much in the last week. I overspent on a couple of stamps that will probably be deflating in price quickly now. Meh. However, I did buy some that are now selling for 5-10x what I paid for them (which more than makes up for this), and we're not going to talk about some of the ones I already had, so they're safely in my album waiting for the last stamp to get the new avatar, at which point, I'll have my first stamp avatar!
I also stocked up on codestones again, as it looks like there's a potential for a new battle mini-plot at least...and that was pricey (though things hadn't inflated when I stocked up, but still).
My bank account is not too happy with me, but...eh, it'll recover eventually. It's not like I was spending a lot of it, anyways... Maybe once I get it back up some, I'll work on my gallery some more...maybe.

Cry: The stat turned out to be agility.
