The pound has closed and now pets are fostered at random!

A RE pops up and a pet is automatically given to you.

You have been volunteered to foster a Neopet, (PET NAME HERE!) Make sure they get plenty of love and attention, and don't forget to feed them! If you would like to learn more about how the fostering program came about please visit the pound.

We can now vote on a new Pound Director.

Anyone doing a pound transfer when this happened is going to be ticked (but TNT will feel no sympathy since the transfer system exists).

My first pop-up happened just after I'd visited the lab ray, while I was in front of the petpet lab ray being chided for being an irresponsible owner. :roflol:

LOL....that is so funny Siniri.

The pets can't keep away from me, I now have 6 12 foster pets. (Didn't even see one of those pop in).

You can feed them (although some on the boards are saying they can't), but that seems all you can do. The foster pets don't gain you anything extra for the 1st of the month freebies. Drat!!

* My daughter always said I would end up as a 'crazy old cat lady', well she is nearly right, as it seems I am a crazy old pet lady.

Apparently I'm not being picked much for fostering. I've only managed to pick up one so far. I filled the poor guy up with gross foods I could find for 1np each, and brought him up to delighted again, just because.

I am trying for trophies so I am very active and have a lot of page refreshes today.

I was also refreshing quite a bit at the Money Tree and I have been active on the boards.

Pet #13 just showed up!! LOL

I love the voting! I voted for Rosie. She'd at least feed them!

You guys are lucky; I still only have one! Any fosters I get will get their lookups bookmarked to be run through my lab ray after this is over-- it takes a while, but one by one the lab tends to turn them into something pretty.
