Reminder: Use up your Negg Festival and Altador Cup points

Mostly this is to remind myself, but Pickles suggested others might need this reminder too. TNT often takes down the staff tourney shop before the regular AC shop, so make sure you spend your points in both places.

If there were DD points or staff tourney points, you might want to check those too. You had to pick your negg festival prizes, so make sure you selected those too.

Does anyone have a link as to what the best prize points to NP ratio are for the AC stuff?

I clearly didn't do much in the AC this last year. I appear to have a whopping 400 points for the AC.

However, I cleaned up in the Staff Tourney with 19,149 points to spend!

I appear to be up to date on the DD'13 and FoNY'15 Festival

Thanks for the links, Pickles. I had collected all the DD prizes (which was obnoxious to check) and the Negg Festival prizes.

For the AC prize shop:

All Star doesn't get you enough points for the bottom row of prizes, apparently. Meh, I didn't really want any of them, anyway. I'll do a prize-NP chart if no one else does, I guess.

For the staff tourney, I've got 19,054 -- a little less than Blue. No idea what's worth getting there, either.

Now that I've finally spent my points...

ETA: ...and spent a considerable amount obtaining most of the rest of the prizes (I didn't go for a Altador Cup Score Board Tiara Wig or Robot Yooyu...don't want to spend the NPs right now, cause eesh.)

If you haven't spent your prize points, be careful to check the lower point items. Some of them are a lot more expensive than I would've guessed, while others are much cheaper than you'd expect. (The plushies range from 4k-7k each!)

Nevermind. I just did a quick SW lookup on a few items. The Bagel Wig was a surprisingly high NPs to Prize ratio so I grabbed one and a couple books which usually go up in value for event prizes... and about 68 jelly beans

For the YYB, Since I had 400 points, I just looked up the Roo Jersey (~6k NP) and the chess set (50k NP). Went with the chess set.

I suppose its mostly academic anyway. They all went directly into my SDB...

They haven't made an announcement in the news yet, but I'm assuming that it'll close when the timer runs out for signups to start (if not earlier that day), which looks to be at 2pm NST on May 22nd. I'd make sure to use your prize points by the end of the 21st just to be safe.

Today's news confirms my guess:

Faerieland, Roo Island, and Shenkuu teams have been added to the Altador Cup line up! If those are your favourite teams, you can read related articles and collect Fan Freebies! Also, don't forget to use your Prize Points from last year at the Altador Cup Prize Shop! The prize shop will be deactivated next Thursday (22nd), after which you will lose all your remaining points.

I had to buy a trampoline and 5 stickers, but I used up the last of my prize points. I had to choose between the most expensive book and the stone foam finger (I went with the book, because my second is a YB, and I rarely even have to use it... and I have enough cash that I could buy an anagram sword if I really needed a weapon upgrade), but I was able to get at least 1 of everything I wanted (for my gallery or to wear).
