I also voted for the War because... Jacob explained why. Well, I think I made my final opinion on the SFEC clear in the AC prize thread. And the AC had that horribly unfair bracket system. And I barely remember Chadley. Meh. But the War... yeah. And the boons do make things more exciting. When we get them, anyway...

Personally, I didn't think any of the above were particularly fabulous ones...there were so many that I liked much more. Ah well.

I voted for the Punk Techo because I think there are enough frilly dresses (it was a toss-up with the Chomby). Today's prize: Bacon Tape. Ewwww.

ETA: Premium-exclusive item? How am I supposed to vote on that when I can't really see them in action? I hope they're no-trade, but even if they're not, I can't get too bent out of shape about it. The "keeping the game balanced even with real money" principle was long ago abandoned with the introduction of the fortune cookies, and even if premium members were getting items worth millions that they could then pass along, it wouldn't be nearly as unbalancing as the cookies. Anyway, I voted for the fountain because it sounds like they could do a lot with it. I hope I didn't inadvertently vote for one of their physics-defying art pieces.

All of the Collectible Items are NC items, so they don't mess with the NP economy. I voted for the fountain background (as it is gorgeous), though it was close between that and the Taelia Handheld.

Ironically enough, I got a book called "Swim". Somehow I doubt that'd be quite so peaceful for the fountain...

Fountain for me, too. However, I got a Chocolate Bonebread which is somewhat disturbing.

But they are SO PRETTY!!! Okay, I voted for the Punk Techo too, but I fuly believe there isn't enough cute in this world. Maybe enough in Neopets, but I don't think there's enough inception happening through the site yet. Asparagus and borovan is popular now because of Neopets, right?

I am amused that Siyana won for best hair. I voted for her specifically because I didn't really care about the whole Kell/Corbin hair thing, and Chadley annoyed me too much.
