Fresh Cauliflower Slushie. This makes me curious (about putting it in a smoothie, not a slushie, and with other things to hide the flavor). I wonder if raw or cooked would be better? Or if neither would be any good at all? The better question is why, though. I think I'd rather eat my cauliflower other ways... And the last time I was curious, I made a sweet potato smoothie because pumpkin smoothies are good, and sweet potato pie is kind of like pumpkin pie, right? The smoothie was drinkable, but not something I've had the urge to try again since (though I've heard others rave about sweet potato smoothies, so maybe I just didn't get the recipe right... or maybe I just like pumpkin so much more in dessert than sweet potato, it will never sit right with me).
