All my avatars gone?

All of my avatars are gone and it looks like all my neoboard preferences were reset... Could it be because Bryan from Neopets said,in responce to my email to TNT about my Coco Roller codes not working, he would give me the AV and 2 Cocoa Items within 2 days and he accidently restarted my Neoboard preferences? o_O
