That's actually a neat idea - it will probably keep prices of wearables reasonable.

Plus, I've actually managed to snipe a Potato Sack and Gormball Backgroud in like, 5 minutes, while I never ever managed to get anything from the money tree or the rubbish dump, even if I went for the really useless things that cost 1 np.

Trying to remember correctly, so other can correct me if I am wrong...

Many of us agreed on a time and day when we would all go to the Rubbish Dump and refresh like mad to see what would happen. We saw a lot of our usernames pop up and would post what items or whatever we saw. There were some very nice items that were 'discarded' too. I remember that as one of the funnest things I have ever done on Neopets.

^^^ I was about to say the same, but then I refreshed again and saw a potato sack thing. I sat there for a second, "Huh? A clothes! Hmmmmm." *click* and somehow I got it. I guess no one else was paying attention, because there was no way I would have gotten anything from the Money Tree that way.

Now my lab rat isn't naked. It's still ugly though.

I have gotten:

2 - Ultra Fashionable Potato Sack

I am pretty slow at it. Right when I got there, there were 4 or 5 items (backgrounds, a pandaphant ball, and some other stuff) but I was too slow to get any.

i love the idea of the thrift shop!
but the only problem is that I am so bad at restocking tht it aint funny. I have a lightnig fast connection, but im just so bad at restocking.....so of course i havent grabbed anything....yet
