I recently got the Fire Paw TCG from the Trading Post, and i have no idea where I'm supposed to go with it. Can someone give met he link, or tell me what I'm supposed to do with it?

But I've heard of people getting the avvie with the TCG though

There is no TCG card that give the avatar. It is the Collectable Card.
Just put it into your Collectable Card deck using the pop up menu you get when clicking on items in your inventory.
