I just gave some advice to ssandgirls on how to write a letter to TNT about a frozen account. Things that worked for me in writing the letters that got my husband's and daughter's accounts unfrozen. It is here:

If you think you did nothing wrong, you will need to argue your case to explain why they somehow got it wrong. If you think you might have done something wrong (you mention "harrassing others"), your best bet is to apologize and promise not to do it again. I don't know how well that works. However, I do remember that about 18 months ago or so, someone here on PPT got frozen after "losing it" on the boards. He had gotten into an argument with someone while attempting to defend PPT's good name. I don't remember the details, unfortunately. But, he got his account back after sending an email that apologized profusely for his behavior. It might work.
I really don't have any time to write a letter on your behalf, nor do I know the circumstances in order to be able to do so. Only you do. However, I am happy to review anything you have written before you send it.
Tested made this fabulous set for me!!! Isn't it great?
