what do u guys usally get? i usually get about 50, but i am sure there is a way to get more points, jsut that i dunno how

Try collecting 2 dubloons, then manouver the mines into blowing each other up, then repeat till you die or get bored

ye, i know that trick, but its takes a long time

I usually get 110, which is annoying, because all I need is 170.
Sometimes I use the two dubloons at a time trick, but sometimes I don't ...the two dubloons trick definitely takes much longer.

The riskier method is to zip around the edges collecting dubloons and herding all the mines into the middle of the screen. After a while no more mines will appear though occasionally some might blow up in the middle as they're all so close together and more will appear.

It's sometimes more difficult to get some of the dubloons when they appear in the middle but with practise at herding the mines you can get a lot more points

There is a maximum number of mines - 9.

So if you can just collect 9 dubloons, all you have to do is herd the mines around and scoot to and fro collecting dubloons.

If you get freaked out, and need a break, type "scallywags" once per game to create a whirlpool. Walk around, come back, and do it again.

you can use what i call the "panic button strategy." as sonn as your game starts, type "scallywag" and then, go around collecting dubloons until a dubloon appears somewhere that you can't get it. then go to a corner and run into the corner and press "s" and a whirlpool will come and kill things. you can also press "s" any time you're getting chased and are going to die. after you use the whirlpool, use someone else's strategy
