1. Do pageviews really effect wether or not you get more random events?
2. Does the money tree effect events? (Ie. Donating gives you more and taking gives you less?)
3. Does your online time or posts on the boards matter?

As far as I'm aware page views are the only thing that affects how many random events you get. There's some debate over whether donating actually helps but the general consensus is that it doesn't.

Playing games like dice-a-roo, pyramids and neoquest II is a great way to get random events through page views

In my opinion, its just page views. I get a lot of random events while checking out peoples neohomes and playing pyramids.

Pageviews trigger them off, mate.

Games are very helpful, but it's also doing searches on Trades & Auctions that help too. Most of my Faerie Quests have come from Auctions alone this week

Shop Wiz is good too, especially for random books/codestones. And Terror Mountain/Ice Caves/Happy Valley are good places to hop around and explore (Icy Neggs, Christmas Paint Brushes, etc).

Dangit.

For some stupid reason neopets won't let me play ANY gambling games. That includes Dice-A-Roo, Double or Nothing, Bilge Dice, and Graal Keno.

Is it because of age barriers?

If not then I don't know...
