Snowager Glitch

I visited the snowager today and got two items... one was doubled.
I didn't copy what it said, but it was something like "Cannot insert in snowager ... weird"
What should I do with the extra item? I've seen people put them in the TP with the text asking for the item to be deleted, but does it work?
