Does Coltzan's shrine give out HP?

As the subject line says. I want to keep taking my main pet there until her level gets too high for it to be useful (won't be long now) but if her HPs go up much more, she'll be bumped into the next training price bracket.
I've had the shine raise movement, strength, defense, and intelligence, but I can't recall ever getting HP from it, which is why I ask.

This info is from PPT
Speed: Every fifth second of the hour
Defense: Every tenth second of the hour
Strength: Every thirty minutes of the hour
Endurance (hit points) : Every hour of the day
Level: Every two hours of the day!
Burnt Food: 11:00 - 12:00 NST
Dubloons: 55 seconds past the minute
Though i rarly get it to work right, it may or may not help you.

Apparently it does. didn't it used to give +10 to stats rarely?

is there a limit before the shrine stops giving stats? if so, do you have the numbers?

I was wondering if there was a limit too, because lately it seems that I always get the "Awwwe. Nothing happened."

I thought Coltzan's shrine goes on minutes now? Instead of hours...
If I time it, I have a 50% chance of getting the right stat. If I dont, I have like 5%... -.-'

There may or may not be a cutoff limit, I'm not sure, but I do know that your chances of getting stuff from the shrine at all are lowered according to your stats; the higher your pet is, the less you get from good ol' Coltzan.

I get the nothing happened message a lot. In fact I gave up with Marffey.
Thankfully today he gave haoly a strength point after days of nothing but food items and nothing happening messages.
