Do something that makes you happy for a bit. Something that doesn't even require thinking. Watch some TV, watch a movie, read a book, eat an apple pie.......pieeeeeee *is hungry now*. If the feeling continues, hang out with some friends. Sometimes the best cure is to just remind yourself that right here and right now life is good and that's all that matters.

Don't worry, it's normal. And life is only painful when you're not an optimist, like the person who wrote the thing in their sig. It's no biggie, even though my family doesn't have much money (2,500 cdn per month) I'm the hapiest guy in my class.
