How do you get to be a beta tester? I'm assuming it's subscribers only...

I can honstely say as a portal user, that it does work but the scratching doesn't.....

You have to sign up for Premium Neopets (http://premium.neopets.com) to be a Beta Tester.

Okay.. atleast it wasnt only me. And they keep taking it and adding back to the portal >.> Hopefully they're fixing the bug this time.

i just scrached one of mine and they are hard and they are flash versions of scrachcards you have to drag your mouse to scrach them

I scratched 3 of mine and won on one, I got a Scarab Ring, it is a BD item, it isn't released yet but the description says it attacks and defends.
