People, don't waste your sanity on plot inconsistencies. It's really unlikely that it matters if Hoban was first seen in a place and then in another. It's just TNT's lazy plotting.

It is interesting that she remembers Hoban being at the helm while the others remember him being on different parts of the deck. (Note that the captain remembers being at the helm himself, at least during part of the storm.)

Probably unimportant, but note how Linae's "Lost Desert Sunset" tile mysteriously vanishes, and then the ship appears underneath the Lost Desert Sunset.

According to the Shoyru, Linae and Anshu looked as if they were really enjoying the food. According to Linae, they thought it tasted horrible.
